A new study by Royal LePage Real Estate Services Ltd. confirms that fact. The study says 30% of single women who have never married now own their own home. Among divorced or separated women, that number climbs to 45% and it’s 64% for widowers. LePage also says now that women are making more money, they are willing to spend more on accommodation.
