The new site must be a blend of great design style, and solid ecommerce practices. We want the design to present the brand in an attractive manner, but the design cannot take away from the main focus of the site, which is to sell product offers.

Create very professional digital designs and artwork and compelling graphic elements as well as layouts. Have solid experience creating website layouts and coding. Experience / knowledge of ecommerce sites are essential. We are trying to improve the assets we use to merchandise the products, and distinguish ourselves from the competition.

Once again, the key challenge is to create a website that:

Balances an aesthetically-pleasing design
Solid ecommerce practices
Site navigation,
Usability
Clear product messaging

SKILLS:
Photoshop
Illustrator
Dreamweaver (Not FrontPage)
CSS (to define both the style and the structure)
Build pages that are standards-compliant
