We are looking for someone local to work on a contract basis. Simply a matter of being responsible, checking e-mail, have cell phone, returning calls, showing up for appointments, etc.

You set your own available hours via our website and appointments are scheduled around them. You will always have at least 24 hours notice before a lease showing. Must be able to give directions to tenants and confirm appointments. You will never need to put clients in your car, just meet them at the property and show them around.

This is a perfect job for a licensed agent looking for some additional cash and has a flexible schedule as many appointments are scheduled on weekends as well as during the week. No guarantee of work, some months may be busy and others slow depending on the time of year and your availability.

Requirements:
Valid CA driver?s license
Valid insurance and registration
California real estate license
