Position Available: Residential Review Appraiser for contract fee review assignments.

Requirements: Applicants should have at least 5+ years of residential appraisal experience. Review experience a plus, but not necessary.
Functional home office with high speed internet, computer, fax and understanding of Microsoft Office Products a must.

Responsibilities: Energetic team player with excellent relationship development skills, excellent decision-making skills and production oriented. The candidate must have strong written and verbal communication abilities. A strong eye for detail and good reviewing skills is critical to the position. Reviewer will review appraisals from in-house staff appraisers and respond with detailed feedback to maintain and increase quality.

Review Volume: General business conditions will define the typical workload: Currently, we are looking to contract out 10-20+ reviews a week.

Geographic Area: We are looking for coverage in the following areas (California counties): San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Alameda, Contra Costa, Sacramento, Solano, Napa, Marin, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Merced, Santa Cruz and Monterey.

Compensation: Per review fee split TBD and based on experience.

Ideal candidate may include appraiser looking to review from home office and ultimately getting out of the field; while using their experience to teach current staff appraisers.

Ideal candidate is highly motivated and ready to take on a steadily busy workload. Willing to do a lot of driving as necessary.
