I am need of some one that has experience is residential real estate who has worked as an agent or assistant to agent. Must be familiar with CMA’s and value analysis. This is a stay at home, telecommute position. The project is indefinite but should be considered to be part time. You will assist in doing reports and get compensated per report. Should average around $10-12 an hour after a short (a few weeks) learning curve. Strong computer skills, and a home office setup with minimal distractions during work time, internet access, fax, etc. Some college preferred.Tasks of the project are very time sensitive, must be very dependable. Great opportunity for stay at home Mom or disabled with a background in real estate.
