I run a small web design business and am looking for some help.
Seeking a freelancer with web design skills. Must be able to do image production / optimization in Photoshop, code HTML… basically build a site with provided comps.

Flash animation and some actionscripting skills are also needed…experience with online banner advertising. PHP is a plus, but not necessary.

This is a per project arrangement.
