First National Bank of Omaha Gains National Recognition For Innovative Employment Practices

Congratulations to First National Bank. This Omaha company is once again at the top of the list for providing a great place for mothers who do it all. For the sixth year in a row, Working Mother magazine named First National Bank “Best Company for Working Mothers.” One reason it won was because it’s close to work and the teachers work close with the kids. “She is so close, I can walk over and see her anytime I want. The teachers call anytime, you can call them, you can pop over anytime, so it’s a very open door policy,” says working mom, Kelly Parr. Aside from the daycare, First National Bank was also recognized for it’s flexibility with job sharing and telecommuting. Each year Working Mother magazine narrows the best companies down to the top 100. |
