I’m looking for someone who is interested in a short-term project writing about Pensacola FL and the cities immediately surrounding area (on both FL and AL side). The content will be used for a small startup real estate website. I estimate needing 20 to 30 articles in total. You can write as few or as many as you like, and can do so at your own pace.

I don’t need Hemingway quality, but a little bit of knowledge of the area, a little bit of research will be required, and a little creativity & knowledge about the area will be needed to write something that will engage readers. Articles should be focused on educating an out-of-town buyer about what the area is like.

What I’m looking for:
# A ghost-writer to write a 400 to 550 word Article about each city in the greater Pensacola area

# Article should be “optimized” for “CITY real estate”, “CITY homes”, “City STATE real estate”, etc.

# Author can use creative license as far as what each article includes, but suggestions for topics include:

# History of the area

# Population statistics

# Information about what county the city is in (and mention of any other nearby cities that are in that county)

# Descriptoin of recommended neighborhoods if possible

# Commuting distance from Pensacola & from nearest airport.

# Things to do in the area, restaurants worth visiting (excluding chain restaurants)

# Reasons someone might want to live in the subject city vs. in Miami itself.

# Major employers in the city

Other details:
# I’m paying $8 per article, and will pay an additional $10 if photos are submitted in .jpg format, and I decide to use any of the photos ($18 total for each article with photos). If I don’t pay you for the photos, I won’t use them. (Upon submitting photos, Author must guarantee that photos are original material and weren’t taken from somewhere else.)
# This is a “contract for hire” job. Compensation will be paid via Paypal every Tuesday for all articles/photos that have been submitted by Monday. Payment is a one-time payment and no future royalties shall be due. (Accepting Paypal payments is very easy, and only takes a minute to set up.)

# By submitting an article, author guarantees it is original content, and won’t be found anywhere else (either on the web, or on paper), and gives full permission for content to be used as I see fit. Web sources are acceptable for gathering research, but “cutting and pasting” material from two or three different websites will not be accepted.

# Please submit writing sample if interested. If you choose to write about a city in the area as a writing sample, feel free. If I decide to accept your article, you will promptly be sent payment, and we can discuss an ongoing relationship.
