Freelance writer for Bay Area’s real estate magazine

The Registry is start up real estate trade magazine in the Bay Area. We are a monthly publication focused on both residential and commercial sides of the business. We launched our inaugural issue in November of 2007, and we are presently in the production phase of our third issue.

We are looking for freelance writers to support our existing group of writers. Our topics cover a broad range of real estate issues, so the ideal candidate should at minimum have an affinity toward the real estate profession. Our readership consists of all the professionals involved in the real estate process; from architects and designers to attorneys, developers, builders, brokers and agents to the consumers of that real estate.

The ideal candidate should also be very independent, punctual and a self-starter. The story topics will be provided by the Editor, however we will encourage the writers to come up with ideas, as well.

- Resume
- Samples (at least two published samples)
- Per word rate (typical article is 800 to 1000 words)
