Office With The Comforts Of Home
Although telecommuting and working from home requires a huge measure of self-discipline, the benefits are many. By working from home, most save the daily commute. Instead of wasting valuable, creative time getting ready for work, then making the drive into the office, the day starts from the moment we awake.
With a healthy dose measure of determination, most of us work at homers are productive sooner in the day. We become more valuable to our employers, or if self employed, we can charge lower hourly rates since our expenses are a mere portion of those that commute.
The one downside — telecommuting can be lonely. Some of us are lucky to have co-workers and colleagues who make us feel part of a larger enterprise. The telephone is our link to the outside world, speaking to a live human reminds us that their are others who await and appreciate our productive efforts.
