Paralegal Needed For 1-Day Short Notice Project
Paralegal needed to properly format 2 legal briefs: “Objection to Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction” and “Reply to Memorandum of Support of Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss.”
This is for a federal civil lawsuit regarding theft of business concepts. Plaintiff will provide the text and copies of defendant’s Motion & Memorandum so paralegal can see the court’s proper format. Plaintiff is pro se and does not currently have the legal software to format the documents himself. Text will be provided in electronic format so that it can be copied and pasted into the legal briefs. The finished product must be delivered in electronic format (PDF preferred, but Word is acceptable also).
Although this project should take a handful of minutes to complete, plaintiff will pay $250. The documents need to be filed on 12/26 by 4:30 pm EST, so a same-day turnaround is required.
REQUIREMENTS:
References required for past paralegal work.
Must be familiar with formatting legal briefs for court filing.
Must be willing to sign a confidentiality agreement.
