- Should have deep understanding of what women want in beauty and cosmetics.
- Responsible for writing and syndicating features, articles, beauty tips, trends, suggestions, etc.
- Experience with web sites of beauty related brands, media, blogs
- Know what it takes to build online communities related to beauty
- Experience with interactive content, multimedia content, and video a plus
- Degree in journalism or communications preferred, experience in editorial of beauty required
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interest in beauty industry and enthusiasm for online communities, media
