We are are a top technology blog and need to find a visual designer to create a few logos and an updated visual design for the site.

The ideal candidate has excellent oral and written communication skills, is able to work quickly, and is willing to accept ad-hoc projects on an ongoing basis.

Requirements:
* A professional portfolio of work that demonstrates process, design, and shows a commanding knowledge of user-centered design projects.
* A mastery of design principles, solid experience with typography, color and page layout, and information design.
* Expert skill level in the standard tools of the trade.
* Ability to take feedback and provide design iterations in a timely manner.
